Donna Wright is an award winning Principal, international speaker and recognised leader in inclusive education and school improvement. She is former Australian Principal of the Year, reflecting her unwavering commitment to excellence in education and student outcomes.

Donna had led high performing school communities recognised at both a state national and international level, including a national finalist in Australian Primary School of the year, and Outstanding Provision for High Ability students, and state leader in indigenous education. She is widely regarded as an influential voice in inclusive and high impact educational practice.

With more than 20 years experience, Donna brings deep expertise across teaching and learning, student wellbeing and system improvement. Her academic qualifications include a Bachelor of Education, Grad. Diploma Student Welfare, Master of Education, Bachelor of Laws and Graduate Diploma Professional Legal Training- equipping her with a unique lens across education, leadership and governance.

She is a regular presenter at national and international events, where she shares evidenced informed strategies to build inclusive, high performing schools. Donna now heads Wright Global Consultants and is available for international education consulting .
