Ben Gudgeon is a UK-based strategic consultant and executive leader specialising in institutional transformation across highly regulated sectors, including education, social care, and the arts. With over 20 years of experience in senior leadership, Ben directs structural reform and financial recovery for organisations facing complex operational and regulatory challenges.
As Senior Director for the IFIP and the World Inclusion Congress, Ben is responsible for day-to-day operations and strategic planning, alongside managing high-level corporate sponsorships and international partnerships. His executive background includes senior leadership positions in some of the UK's most prestigious schools, including the Headship of a world-renowned school for gifted classical musicians and governance of a performing arts school in London.
He has extensive experience across a broad spectrum of highly regulated sectors, including health and social care and family office investments.
