Please note that this Privacy Policy does not apply to any personal data provided to us by any teachers or individual online users of IE's services, as we are not the data controller in respect of that personal data. The data controller in these cases will be the relevant school or teaching establishment. If you are a teacher or individual user, you should contact the relevant data controller directly with any queries.

We will not transfer personal data relating to you to a country which is outside the European Economic Area (EEA) unless one of the following conditions is met:
